How much space will I need?

Our soft play jigsaw mats are 60cm x 60cm each. We usually have them in a configuration of around 6 x 4 mats which takes up 3m 60cm x 2m 40cm but we can adapt this to suit your space. The ball ponds are 5ft x 5ft.

What type of surface do I need?
We can only set up on hard, flat surfaces. We can put tarpaulin & mats down for soft play if on the grass. Please note that our soft play needs to be placed under a gazebo with sides if outside. This will need to be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right not to set up, if the space is not suitable. Wet weather permanently damages our soft play equipment and so we do not take risks with this.

Do you offer a free delivery service?
Yes, we deliver the bouncy castle free of charge to many of our local areas. Please see our Delivery page to see whether we charge to deliver to your area. If you do not see your area listed, please contact us for a free, no obligation quote.

What time do you deliver the hire equipment?
We begin delivering at anytime after 8am and usually collect from 5pm. We ask for a responsible adult to be at home at the time of delivery. Let us know the times of your party and we will try to be as accommodating as possible!

What is the Disclaimer?
When we deliver the soft play, you will be required to sign the Disclaimer Form to say that you have fully read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Hire and safety aspects.

Is all your equipment safety tested?
Our booth extension leads will all have RCD plugs fitted and all electrical equipment is PAT tested regularly.. Our soft play and garden games are checked for safety before each use and are set up with care and paramount safety in mind.

Are 1st Class Soft Play insured?

Yes. We have £5m Public Liability Insurance which would cover any accidents which were our fault, such as equipment failure or failing to install the inflatable properly. You are responsible for the supervision of the inflatable during the hiring period. We cannot be held liable for any injuries caused whilst the castle is in your care. You are the sole person responsible for the castle and it's use.

It is therefore your responsibility, if you wish/require, to take out ONE DAY FULL Public Liability. This is especially important for public events, and can cost as little as £10 from leisure insurance companies. Please contact us to find out more details.

When and how do I pay?
We require a small Bank Transfer deposit of around £20 depending on the total products you are hiring. The balance is then due in cash on delivery of the soft play. We also require a returnable deposit of £10 if hiring the ball pool, which is returned at the end of hire providing all balls have been returned to the pool prior to collection.

A £100 deposit is required for all photobooth bookings. Photobooth Hires must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
